On the ground floor, the 6 meter tall wall was demolished and reconstructed to increase light incidence and to utilise the living room. The stairs were replaced and the tiled floor was adjusted to fit the new stairlocation. A cloakroom was created. Two sliding doors, of which one blind in the wall, were installed in the living room and the walls were plastered and painted. The bathroom was fully renovated, including the installation of one extra shower, furniture and tiling of the floor and the walls. The upper back wall of the toilet was also tiled. The boiler space in the laundry room was recreated to decrease its amount of space and was retiled together with the walls and floor. At all the renovated spaces electricity and plumbing was added, replaced, removed and changed to the customers requirements.
